The recipe was created by a famous food virtuoso from Spain Mark Audibert especially for our wonderful Lithuanian hard cheese DŽIUGAS!
Boil the rice for 20 minutes, add zucchinis, Philadelphia type cheese, DŽIUGAS cheese, chopped eggs, diced ham (or breast) and flour in the end. Add a little salt and pepper. Form balls out of the mass, roll them in the whipped egg and then – in cracker crumbs. Boil croquettes in hot oil.
