80 g pasta
15 g fresh spinach
25 g onion
1 clove garlic
sprig thyme
70 g cream
40 g hard cheese DŽIUGAS®
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation

Fry onions add garlic, thyme, cream and boil. At the end add the DŽIUGAS cheese, allow it to melt and remove the sauce from the heat. Boil pasta. Place pasta in a colander, add the fresh spinach and stir quickly. Spread pasta on a plate and pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
