500 g peeled shrimps
6 crackers
3 table spoons olive oil
2 table spoons shredded cheese DŽIUGAS®
2 cloves chipped garlic
parsley (optional)
Preparation

Crush crackers and mix them with chipped garlic and grated cheese; leave the mix for some time. Fry shrimps in olive oil of 5 minutes; a hot red pepper may be added. Pour off excess oil, then add a part of the cracker mix and fry for a short while. Serve in small pans with the rest of the cracker and cheese mix added on top. Eat without any delay!
