Preparation
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces of the same size. Beat the egg using a fork add a tablespoon of cream, salt, pepper, and DŽIUGAS cheese. Stir it. Flour the pieces, then dip them into egg and cheese mass, and fry in oil and butter mix. Serve with the sauce.
For sauce:
Fry onions and mushrooms, add garlic, pour cream, and water. Bring to a boil, and cook for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
