DŽIUGAS® Mild is the cheese in its youth. During this stage of ageing it acquires the typical characteristics of this type of cheese, such as its milky nature and pleasant aroma, gentle flavour and pale creamy colour, which is slightly yellowish at the rind. This cheese has a sturdy and solid texture, easy to nibble and refreshing. It complements various dishes very well. Well-liked by children and youth, looking for a greater variety of interesting foods.
