Pasta with spinach and cheese DŽIUGAS® sauce
Ingredients
- 800 gpasta
- 15 gof fresh spinach
- 25 gof onions
- 1 cloveof garlic
- 1 stalkof thyme
- 70 gof cream
- 40 gof hard cheese DŽIUGAS
- 1 tablespoonof plant oil

Preparation
Fry the onions, add garlic, thyme, pour the cream and simmer. Towards the end, add cheese DŽIUGAS, wait until it melts and remove the sauce from heat.
Cook the pasta. Pour into a skimmer, immediately add the spinach and stir quickly. Serve the pasta on a plate and pour over the sauce. Then sprinkle with some cheese and herbs.
