Nettle pesto with hard cheese DŽIUGAS®
Ingredients
- 3 glassesof finely chopped nettle
- 1/2 glassof cedar nuts
- 1/2 glassof grated cheese DŽIUGAS
- 3 clovesof garlic
- 1/2 glassof olive oil
- 2 tablespoonsof lemon juice
- according to tastesalt
- according to tasteblack pepper

Preparation
Add the nettle, cedar nuts, cheese, chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, pour half of the amount of the oil and blend until you get a smooth mix. Pour the remaining oil and mix.
